Alright…I can’t help myself. I spotted the Sterling Vineyards 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon at Trader Joe’s and immediately took a photo so that I can compare it to Costco’s price later.

Trader Joe’s has it priced at $20.99 per bottle.

The normal price at Costco for this wine is $18.99 but there’s currently a $3 unadvertised instant rebate.

This lowers the price to $15.99.

Is Costco cheaper? Yes.

At the regular price, Costco is about 10% cheaper than Trader Joe’s.

With the instant rebate, Costco is 24% cheaper than Trader Joe’s.

The instant rebate definitely sweetens the deal for this wine. Has anyone tried it? We may pick up a bottle to try before the rebate expires.
