You can get fresh uncooked tortillas from Costco. The brand is Tortilla Land from San Diego. It only takes a minute or two to cook on the grill. So we have them as appetizers while waiting for the chicken, steak and the rest of the stuff to cook. It’s great coz you’ve something to munch on right away.

The only problem is they’re so good you can never only have one….

Look for them in the refrigerated section, by the raviolis and other fresh pasta or in the same row as the yogurt section.

They come in two individually sealed packs. There’re 25 tortillas in each pack so 50 total and costs $6.59.

While supplies last. Inventory and pricing at your store may vary.

We freeze one pack and when we’re done with the first pack, we just defrost the second one in the fridge the night before.

Have you tried the Tortilla Land tortillas? If not, you must!

Today we also grilled the Silva brand Portuguese style linguica sausage, also from Costco. Silva is a local San Jose company, specializing in sausages. We saw it at Costco a few weeks ago and bought a pack to try.

The linguica sausage is mild but very flavorful and once again, it’s hard to stop eating once you’ve had one. We love grilling season!
