Spotted the Health-Ade Organic Pink Lady Kombucha at Costco.

Kombucha is fermented tea that’s made with tea, sugar, bacteria and yeast. It’s slightly fizzy.

I tried a bottle from Trader Joe’s recently and it was pretty good. It slightly sweet, slightly bubbly and tasted a bit like diluted apple cider vinegar?

It’s marketed as being good for you because it contains probiotics but I’m not sure if there are any real scientific evidence backing those claims.
