Do you love pork belly? If so, look out for them next time you’re at Costco. We spotted the Kirkland Signature Boneless Pork Belly in the store this past weekend.

I think these will be great on the grill. Sprinkle a dry spice rub over it and they’re good to go.

We’d love to try them but each package is about 6 to 8 lbs so we would need to make some room in our freezer first.
