Okami Edamame Salad

Samples of the Okami Edamame Salad were given out last weekend so we got a taste of it.

Besides edamame, the salad also contains sweetened cranberries, carrots, roasted corn, red onions, red bell peppers, and cilantro with a red wine vinegar dressing. It’s a bit sweeter than we’d like but really quite tasty.
