Panasonic DMC-ZS40S

The Panasonic DMC-ZS40S is the latest Panasonic compact camera that Costco has in the store.

Last year’s model was Panasonic DMC-ZS-35 and this model has replaced that one. Unlike last year’s model, the ZS-40 does not have a flip-up LCD screen that makes taking selfies that much easier.

What it does have is a  30X super zoom and NFC capability.

It also has a small electronic viewfinder which will be really useful on those days when it’s super bright and you’re trying to take a photo but can’t see the screen. I think we’ve all been there! 😉

A camera case and a 16 GB SDHC card is included in the package.

The Panasonic DMC-ZS40S camera is normally priced at $349.99.

There’s currently a $20 instant rebate which reduces the price to $329.99.
