Omron 7 Series Plus Blood Pressure Monitor

Monitoring your own blood pressure is important, and easy to do with the Omron 7 Series Plus Blood Pressure Monitor.

I bought an Omron blood pressure monitor, similar to this one, from Costco years ago for my mom. It’s easy enough for her to use and she hasn’t had any problems with it so far.

I later bought another one from Costco for myself. It was also an Omron, but a smaller one with a wrist cuff.

This Omron 7 Series Plus Blood Pressure Monitor has a cuff which you wrap around your upper arm. You should place your arm on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart.

You then press the Start button and the Omron does the rest. You’ll see the results appear on the screen in about 30 seconds.

It’ll measure your blood pressure as well as your pulse. And it’s able to store 60 readings with a date and time stamp. It’s nice to be able to go back and see if your numbers have improved or declined.

This model also allows 2 different users to monitor and track their readings separately (so 60 readings each) in the stored memory.
