Chosen Foods Pure Avocado Oil

The Chosen Foods Pure Avocado Oil have been available at Costco for a while now. We’ve even tasted samples of it but have forgotten to take photos.

The unique feature of this oil is its high smoking point of 500 F. That’s much higher than Canola Oil at 425 F, Virgin Avocado Oil at 400 F and Extra Virgin Olive Oil at 375 F.

This makes it a great oil to use in stir-fries, searing, BBQ, etc. without the oil burning, which not only tastes bad, but is also bad for our health as it produces toxins and trans fat. I think I will buy a bottle soon.
