Torta Sandwich Roll

Have you ever tried any of the yummy sandwich samples offered at Costco? They normally make them using these Torta Sandwich Rolls.

My favorite sample is the panini they make with turkey, cheese and pesto, and pressed using the Cuisinart Griddle. Yum!

The torta rolls can be frozen for later use. The packaging suggests freezing them in a sealed ziplock bag, and thawing them for 30-60 minutes at room temperature. Then bake at 425F for 3 to 5 minutes.

There are 10 rolls in a bag so if you can eat them all at once, freezing them is a good option.
