Harry’s Beef Stroganoff

Harry’s Beef Stroganoff is great for busy nights when you want a meal that you can cook in just a few minutes.

Each pack contains 2 pouches (22 oz each) of tender beef steak trips with noodles, mushrooms and onions in a creamy saucy.

There’re 3 ways to cook it:

1. Microwave – Empty contents of the pouch into a bowl and microwave on high for 5-8 minutes for 1 pouch or 10-15 minutes for 2 pouches.
2. Conventional Oven – Empty contents of pouch into an oven-safe baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes for 1 pouch or 40-45 minutes for 2 pouches.
3. Stove top – Empty contents of pouch into a large skillet. Heat over medium heat for 5-8 minutes for 1 pouch or 10-15 minutes for 2 pouches.
