New Zealand Leg of Lamb

It’s not everyday we see New Zealand Lamb at Costco (it’s normally Australian lamb) so we were quite surprised to see this New Zealand Leg of Lamb (bone-in) in the refrigerated section.

This is New Zealand spring lamb, halal-certified, grass fed, all natural, no added antibiotics, no added hormones and all vegetarian diet.

It is priced at $4.49/lb and there’s an additional $2 off per package.

The discount is valid from 07/08/13 to 08/31/13.

We picked up one at about 4.75 lbs and it was only ~ $18 with the discount. We haven’t figured out how we’re going to cook it yet 😉
