Fresh Wild Chanterelles
Spotted these Fresh Wild Chanterelles at Costco last week.
The packaging states that the mushrooms were foraged by the Anderson Team in the foothills of the Pacific Coast Range. So I think this is probably a location-specific item.
We weren’t sure how to cook them so we didn’t purchase it. Anyone has any ideas how best to cook/eat these? Pan sauteed? Mushroom pasta?
