Hodo Soy Tofu Nuggets and Yuba Strips
As mentioned in the previous post, Hodo Soy is showcasing its products in Costco store for the first time. Besides the organic firm tofu, they also have 2 ready-to-eat tofu products. These are the Tofu Nuggets and Yuba Strips.
They are available in a variety pack. The tofu nuggets come in 2 flavors: Five-spice Tofu Nuggets and Curry Tofu Nuggets.
The Yuba Strips also come in 2 flavors: Spicy Yuba Strips and Sesame Yuba Strips.
They were giving out samples at Costco so we got to try all flavors. The Yuba Strips are very yummy but higher in calories. The Tofu Nuggets are just as yummy but I think we prefer the Five Spice Flavor.
They’re both very delicious as-is but you can also make salads or stir-fry with them.
We bought a box of the Tofu Nuggets. You can see photos of them below.
