Isabelle Pineapple Cake

The Isabelle Pineapple Cake is an item we’ve seen at Costco previously and it has now reappeared in the store.

The pineapple cake is a popular treat in Taiwan. There are many brands to choose from and it’s an easy gift to purchase for friends/family at Taipei Airport.

This sweet treat features a soft, buttery, shortbread-style exterior that’s filled with a pineapple paste inside. It’s hard not to like it.

We’ve tried various other brands but not this one. I think this is the year for us to try it 🙂
