Schwarz Spicy Italian Sausage

Picked up this Schwarz Spicy Italian Sausage this past Saturday. Schwarz is a California company that’s been making fine sausages since 1911.

The sausage is all natural, no artificial ingredients, gluten free and naturally smoked.

It’s fully cooked. We grilled it for about 8 minutes on Sunday. I was too busy eating and forgot all about taking photos. Next time…

Anyway, they’re delicious. Just the right amount of heat. You can taste and see some of the spices, especially fennel seeds.
