You never know what you’ll find while roaming the aisles at Costco. Recently, we came across the Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes and decided to purchase a bottle.

I figured it’d be great with pasta, salad, pizza, sandwiches, etc. and it’d be an easy way to increase our Lycopene intake.

Sun-dried tomatoes supposedly have 12 times the amount of Lycopene as a raw tomato!

These julienned-cut sun-dried tomatoes are packed in olive oil and herbs.

Gluten-free and GMO-free.
