Has anyone purchased this item? We bought 8 today and they don’t seem to work. Wondering what is going on….yes, I know there is a light sensor, I covered it with tape.

I have the same issue. Costco can’t help and Capstone is closed. Did you ever get any help? Thanks!

I never heard from anyone about this problem. The weird part is I left one connected and about 2 days later it just started working. Maybe there is some kind of battery that needs to be charged? I have no idea.

That’s weird for sure. I’m going to call the company direct tomorrow and will post what they say. I appreciate you posting your experience… I wanted to make sure I wasn’t crazy!

I have two with the same problem. also covered the sensor with no joy.

I spoke with the company yesterday. Apparently some of their dusk to dawn sensors are extremely sensitive and can be “flooded” with light. They recommended letting the light go through a day or two of “night” to get the sensor calibrated correctly. The company said they are aware of the “false” broken lights and are working to put out some sort of online reference. All three of the lights I installed are now working properly with no issues. Hope that helps.
