While last year’s set was targeted towards general kitchen use, this set is targeted towards cutting fruits and vegetables.

The set contains 4 carbon stainless steel knives with high definition photographic coating that are food safe:

1) Berry Knife which is a classic paring knife perfect for peeling and slicing fruits and coring strawberries.

2) Citrus Knife which is a serrated knife to cut through the tough skins of lemons, limes, oranges, grapefruit, etc.

3) Tomato Knife which is also serrated to cut through the delicate skins of tomatoes without squashing them

4) Melon Knife for cuting melons and larger vegetables
