Do you love noodles but would like a low calorie option? Then check out the Kibun Foods Healthy Noodle.

Kibun Foods Healthy Noodle Costco

This is an interesting option that is sugar free, fat free, gluten free, cholesterol free and dairy free.

From the picture on the box, it appears to look like pad thai noodles.

Ingredients listed on the box include soybean fiber powder and yam konjac powder so I think this noodle is similar to the Japanese shirataki noodles which are made from yam konjac powder.

I’ve tried shirataki noodles before and while they contain almost no calories, they didn’t taste like real noodles at all.

I’m wondering if this Kibun noodles taste any better? Has anyone tried it?

There are 6 bags of 8 oz in each box.

Kibun Foods Healthy Noodle is priced at $13.99 for 48 oz.

Unit price is 29.1 cents/oz.

Item number 13.99.

$24.99 on Amazon. Hopefully one day we will see these in Texas. 🙂

Amazon has become such a rip off it is not even funny anymore. I used to spend a few thousand a year there when they were good, but now there are so many better-priced alternatives it’s barely worth the bother, other than you can view the products decently there (but shop elsewhere).

Amin TX and will look for these noodles next time around. Have not had a lot of luck with the flavor/texture of “alternative noodles” but am still holding out hope, as I do love noodles but not the billion carbs that go with them.
