Kirkland Signature Organic Ground Beef

Costco now has the Kirkland Signature Organic Ground Beef in the store. It’s 85% lean/15% fat, which should be great for burgers.

It’s certified organic, has no added antibiotics and no added growth hormones.

They are available in a 4-lb pack, which is separated into 3 individual sealed packs of ~ 1.34 lbs each.

The 4-lb  Kirkland Signature Organic Ground Beef is priced at $16.99 or $4.25/lb.

I think the regular non-organic ground beef is generally priced at around $3.49 or $3.99/lb so the price difference is not that great.

We were at Trader Joe’s and saw that their 85%/15% organic ground beef was priced at $6.99/lb so it’s 39% cheaper at Costco.
