Pasta Prima Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli

We purchased a bag of the Pasta Prima Spinach and Mozzarella Ravioli over the weekend as the current rebate makes it really inexpensive.

You can boil, bake, fry or grill these little pasta pockets.

Best part is they only take 6 to 8 minutes to cook so even on the busiest days, you can have dinner ready in under 30 minutes.

A lot of times, I don’t even bother with tomato sauce. Toss the ravioli with olive oil and add some hot pepper flakes, or lately I’ve been tossing these types of ravioli with the Bella Sun Luci Sun-Dried Tomatoes.

Add some protein and vegetables and it’s an easy but delicious dinner.
