A spice packet is included along with cooking instructions:
- Remove packaging and place all contents, including juices and spices into a large pot or Dutch oven.
- Cover corned beef with water and bring to a boil.
- Cover pot and simmer for 2.5 to 3 hours or until fork tender.
- Slice across the grain to desired thickness.
