I bought an Instant Pot a few months ago and this Tristar cooker looks very similar to it and I’m sure it does the same things too.

The main benefit of a pressure cooker is its ability to cook tougher cuts of meats faster. You can cook the same things on the stove or in an oven but it’ll just take longer.

The other thing I like about cooking with a pressure cooker is that once you close the lid, you can walk away while it does its thing. You can’t do that if you have something on the stove or in the oven.
