USDA Prime Beef

Spotted a special kiosk with USDA Prime Beef at Costco today.

This is a great option for a small household like ours. Instead of buying a pack with 4 steaks, we can now buy one or two! It would be nice if Costco can offer this once a month.

We were particularly interested in the Boneless Ribeye Cap as we had never seen that before. We’re looking forward to cooking this on the grill. Has anyone cooked this cut before?

There were other cuts available like boneless ribeye, filet mignon, tri-tip, etc. I didn’t pay much attention to the other cuts as I was too focused on the ribeyes 🙂
