We had the Kirkland Signature Stuffed Bell Peppers for dinner several nights ago.

Stuffed Bell Peppers Costco 1

I was actually thinking of making stuffed bell peppers when I saw this at the store 🙂

There were 6 halved bell peppers in the pack, each stuffed with a ground beef, rice and cheese mixture. There was additional parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

To cook, just remove the clear plastic lid, cover with foil and bake for about 50 minutes at 400F. Very easy and no pots or pans to clean either!

The bell peppers were sweet, and the rice mixture was nicely seasoned. All in all, it was a satisfying meal. We just wished there was less cheese in it.

The Kirkland Signature Stuffed Bell Peppers are priced at $3.99/lb.

Our package was about 3.33 lbs and priced at $13.29.

Item number 42940.

Inventory and pricing at your store will vary and are subject to change at any time.

Thanks for showing the directions on the label. I took mine out of the package and froze them individually (single, ya know) and threw away the directions. You saved me from trying to put it in the microwave, which would have been a disaster.

Hope you enjoyed the bell peppers! We do like to purchase this item from time to time as it makes for an easy dinner. It’s a tight fit in the toaster oven but it works! 🙂

  • Justme

Really tasty! Went back yesterday for another package to split and put in freezer.

Costco has brought back their flatbread pizzas!! Instead of basil pesto and sausage peppers, it’s BBQ chicken and meatball!

So thankful you posted this. We loved the meal but it’s not sold in our

Does the time they bake change when only cooking 2?

    • Belinda Polson Tapp

No, we cooked 2 & put the others in the freezer.
We like cheese so I added a little more cheese on top during the last few minutes of cooking.

How did they turn out after being frozen or have you gotten into them yet. I am just me and bought them yesterday and I know I cant eat that many lol

        • Belinda Polson Tapp

Let them thaw before you cook them & they are just as good as fresh!
