The Sun Tropics Mochi Rice Bites sound like an interesting snack, one that I would love to sample 🙂

According to the description, it seems like the sticky rice is first steamed, pounded and cut into nuggets. This sounds like the process of making mochi.

The nuggets are then “cooked into a crunch”, creating the snack.

I wonder if it has a crunchy exterior but a soft and chewy interior?

The snack is gluten and dairy free, vegan, non-GMO and no MSG.

Interestingly enough, even though this sounds like a Japanese snack, it’s a Product of Thailand.
